Green Street is the first private members club for elite cannabis industry players in the heart of the historic jewelry district in downtown Los Angeles. Green Street is a full-service creative agency that works exclusively within the cannabis industry. 718 South Hill Street is an adaptive re-use of an early 1900s-era seven-story 67,000ft² manufacturing building into a modern, mixed-use cannabis hub for tenants in the industry.

The building will serve as a professional and community hub for progressive entrepreneurs dedicated to advancing the cannabis industry. Members will have access to four levels of communal and private office suites, a co-working space, spa, private performance bar, testing facilities, rooftop lounge, speakeasy, an art gallery, cafe, 240 seat restaurant, and retail space.
