We will take the information gathered during our analysis phases in order to design and present massing options in the form of stacking charts and 3-dimensional massing diagrams. We will evaluate vehicular and pedestrian movement in and around the site, and find opportunities for greenscape.

We like to design at every scale, from the grand to the minuscule, taking into account the impact that every object within a space has on the space itself. Our team comprises members of all backgrounds, including those experienced in interior design and material selection.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
M-Rad is a Building Information Modeling firm, meaning all of our projects benefit from the rigorous 3D modeling process that produces the construction drawings used in the field by builders and fabricators. You won’t pay extra for conflict check, systems integration, or 3D views; with us, they are baked in.

PERMITTING & AGENCY COORDINATION
The relationships we’ve established with multiple jurisdictional authorities lead to quick and painless approvals on the vast majority of our projects, even in the face of complexity or novel conditions. Anything we don’t cover ourselves, we’ll make sure our team of expediters takes to the finish line for you.

CONSULTANT COORDINATION
We have an exhaustive selection process for both our internal and our peripheral teams; we've got you covered with everything under our scope, and if not us, we know who the right group is to get the job done.

COST ESTIMATES
We’re in the business of turning innovative design into affordable, built projects. By keeping tight control over budgets and estimates at every stage of design, we ensure that your project comes in on time and within the provided budget.

BIDDING & NEGOTIATION
Navigating the waters of design and construction costs can be difficult. We’re here to help. With the aid of Building Information Modeling, our team has the capability to double-check estimates with live take-offs to determine accurate quantities, right in our drawing set. We can identify potential cost-saving areas in a quick and reliable way, without going back to the drawing board.

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
When the construction site is active, so are we. We’ll be on-site as much as needed to ensure that your vision is executed with the level of care and precision that it deserves.

FURNITURE DESIGN
Whether our furniture is featured in a comprehensive design package or if you’d like them designed as standalone pieces, we’ll guide you through both the design and fabrication process with one of our talented fabricators.

BUILDING BUYBACK
We have a few ideas to recycle or reuse your building. If an owner is done with their building, M-Rad can review the attributes of the building to determine if our investment groups are interested in purchasing the building, remarketing the building on the owner’s behalf, or make a recommendation that the owner donate or demolish the building.
