Hipoint Dwellings is conceived as a contemporary affordable housing project that rethinks the relationship between collective living, open space, and the city. Rather than treating the building as an isolated block, the project is organized as a porous urban volume that opens itself to the street and its surroundings, turning what would traditionally be an inward-looking development into an outward-facing civic gesture.
The massing is articulated through a series of stepped volumes and generous terraces that break down the scale of the building and introduce a strong residential character. This fragmentation allows light, air, and vegetation to penetrate deep into the project, while creating a rhythm of balconies and gardens that extend domestic life into the exterior. The architecture balances density with openness, offering each unit access to outdoor space and long views: qualities rarely found in affordable housing developments.
Inside, the project prioritizes clarity, functionality, and durability, with layouts designed to maximize natural light and everyday comfort. More than a purely residential building, Hipoint Dwellings is conceived as a piece of social infrastructure: an urban housing model where shared spaces, greenery, and architectural generosity work together to create a dignified, sustainable, and inclusive living environment.
